3 & 4PL talent recruiting agency supporting promotional events, photo shoots, street teams, supporting retail merchandising in big box retailers.

Management of Training department, oversight of LMS budgeting and planning, and consistent innovative solutions to existing company challenges through training, new technology implementation, and communication.

Overhaul of the onboarding orientation and new hire training for all departments and new hires – both U.S. based and offshore based, changing new hire onboarding from 1 week to 3 weeks with online, role play, and shadowing learning. Results: Increased new hire information retention and comprehension by 95%.

Creation and implementation of Leadership Series training for management’s development and growth after company-wide evaluation was conducted. Results: A more informed management team in all things relating to managing and leading their downline, increasing employee retention by 40% in the first year.

Serves as a resource and learning coach for managers, supervisors, and all employees regarding training, education, and professional development.

Instructor for 3-unit courses (in-person, hybrid, and online): Small Business Entrepreneurship and Business Communications. Creation of interactive courses, assisting students with writing full business plans, including P&L, marketing and operations plans, full launch of start-ups, and how to communicate effectively.

Results: Creation of successful college courses with assignments and testing from reading materials to presentation, 96% course pass-rate.

Led learning and development initiatives through design and execution of several training courses in communications, sales, customer focus, and professional growth. Client expectations increased because of heightened team performance, creating a high-talent, high-performance environment. Results: Won two RFPs with client, even though pricing was higher than competitors.

Creation of Playbooks/SOPs for field and management teams, both in PDF and in an interactive online version. Results: Reduced on-boarding training time from 3 weeks to 1.5 weeks and enhanced team efficiencies with immediate access to all information needed to complete the job.

Overhauled reporting cadence and instructions to increase access to reporting information for the team to ensure they can make informed decisions quickly. Results: Changed reporting frequency and delivery for field team to once per week from once per quarter, including KPI tracking and completion.

Participated on the board of several internal task forces, enhancing relationships across the organization to continue enhancing training and operations for the organization and my direct team.

Designed and conducted classroom & virtual training’s encompassing all aspects of business. Designed and authored the business operations manual, distance learning modules, & weekly conference calls.
