Operations Training Manager

3 & 4PL talent recruiting agency supporting promotional events, photo shoots, street teams, supporting retail merchandising in big box retailers.
Responsible for training and development creation and execution for the entire organization, including:
- Overhaul of the onboarding training for new employees both on- and off-shore
- Development of program manager training, ongoing leadership training, and playbook
- Updating of all training materials in the Trainual platform and utilizing the platform to the fullest
Oversee both the booking team and two clients for retail resets in Rite Aid, Ulta Beauty, Walmart, and Dollar General, staffing and reset execution in over 4,000 retail stores across the US. Results: Increase of program profitability by 115% YoY with similar programs.
Development and implementation of rep hours processing and accounting procedures for retail merchandising programs. Results: Decrease in processing time from 5 days to 1.5 days, paying reps and invoicing clients 1 week faster, and decreasing time until payment is received.
Participate on the board of the Culture Club to drive a positive culture, involvement, and inclusion of all employees, and create a fun environment for everyone.

Instructor for 3-unit courses (in-person, hybrid, and online): Small Business Entrepreneurship and Business Communications. Creation of interactive courses, assisting students with writing full business plans, including P&L, marketing and operations plans, full launch of start-ups, and how to communicate effectively.
Results: Creation of successful college courses with assignments and testing from reading materials to presentation, 96% course pass-rate.

Results: Won two RFPs with client, even though pricing was higher than competitors.
Creation of Playbooks/SOPs for field and management teams, both in PDF and in an interactive online version. Results: Reduced on-boarding training time from 3 weeks to 1.5 weeks and enhanced team efficiencies with immediate access to all information needed to complete the job.
Overhauled reporting cadence and instructions to increase access to reporting information for the team to ensure they can make informed decisions quickly. Results: Changed reporting frequency and delivery for field team to once per week from once per quarter, including KPI tracking and completion.
