Obviously, this is a symptom that is only felt by women. However, a Harvard Study has determined that women who are feeling stressed out have double the chance of experiencing painful cramps in comparison to those who aren’t stressed.

This is another symptom that tends to affect women more than men. Nevertheless, stress can trigger sugar cravings in people, particularly in women.

And finally, another symptom of stress is the sudden appearance of acne. This is because stress enhances the inflammation that results in breakouts.
