This can range from a small amount of pain and discomfort to serious issues that can leave people unable to work at all for long periods of time.
If you want your employees to be safe, then you’ve got to provide them with the right procedures and the right training to understand those procedures. If something happens to one of your employees and you hadn’t provided the right health and safety procedures that could have prevented it, you’re going to liable for it.
