What’s Your Fitness Level: Healthy, Nut, Or Junkie?

How can you tell if you’re an average healthy person, a health nut, or a fitness and health junkie?

Take this quiz and tally up your points to find out. Pick one of the options and write down the corresponding points – which ever option describes you best.

Quiz

1 Point: You go to the gym 2-3 times a week and get a good workout in.

OR

2 Points: You go to the gym 4+ times a week for 1 hour or more each time (add an additional point if you go more than once a day…even off occasionally)

2 Points: You meal prep every week (add an additional point if you have pre-planned cheat days).

13 – 17 Points: An average healthy person – you take care of yourself, you’re in pretty good shape (or you’re getting there), you live a healthy lifestyle, but your life doesn’t revolve around the gym and everything you eat doesn’t have to be healthy.

18 – 22 Points: A health nut – you’re into being healthy because you know it feels good. You strive to better yourself and your results show it. You watch what you eat and you have fitness goals for yourself.

23 – 28 Points: A fitness and health junkie – you are on the max level of being healthy. You eat right, you work out a lot, and you have stringent goals for yourself. You’re also a workout freak (and a gym rat). And your physic shows your dedication to your goals and lifestyle.
