As 2013 comes to a close, I have been thinking about my year and what has really helped me through it. I’ve come across many, many great thoughts, sayings, words of wisdom, and just plain funny quotes this year. These words have helped me through good times, bad times, rough times, have helped to lift my spirit, and have made me laugh.

Your character is reflected through how you make others feel about themselves.
A well built physique is a status symbol. It reflects that you worked hard for it. No money can buy it. You cannot inherit it. You cannot borrow it. You cannot hold onto it without constant work. It shows dedication. It shows discipline. It shows self-respect. It shows dignity. It shows patience, work ethic, passion.
Once you learn how to be happy, you won’t tolerate being around people who make you feel anything less.
Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
If you don’t have what you want, work harder.
