Happy New Year! New Year’s Resolutions…
So, it’s the New Year again and it’s time to make those dreaded New Year’s resolutions. We are always so excited and motivated when we make the decisions to change our life for the better. However, that excitement and motivation generally defuses shortly after the hangover (food or alcohol) wears off and we are back to being who we are. It is rare that a New Year’s resolution actually makes it past a few short months before we give up on it. If you are one of the very few who actually keeps their resolutions, congratulations!! I have had a few that I’ve kept, but more that I haven’t over the years.
Most Common New Year’s Resolutions:
- Spend more time with friends and family
- Quit smoking
- Start eating healthier
- Workout more
- Travel more
- Quit drinking (as much)
- Get out of debt
- Get organized
- Quit stressing out so much
- Go back to school
- Find a better job
