Were you up WAY too early this morning watching your little one’s open their gifts? Or did you get to sleep in this morning because all of your little one’s aren’t so little anymore and have moved out? Either way, Christmas morning can be a delight!
Many families let their kids play with toys and crafts they got for Christmas while Mom and Dad take a nap mid-afternoon (this is usually how it is in my house). Last year I surprised my husband with a spontaneous trip to the snow. This was one of the best Christmas days ever! We played in the snow for a long time, just enjoying each others company. No cell phones, computers, tablets, music, television, etc. Just plain good ol’ family time.
Not everyone can do this, though. Sometimes it is nice to just stay in and watch some Christmas movies. I’ve listed several here (since there are sooooo many!).
