Structures In Interviews
Employment interviews are never a fun chore of the business world, but are a necessity. Employee turnover happens, and if you are growing your business you have to hire more help (usually). According to the blog post Less Isn’t More: Structure in Employment Interviews, having multiple structures in the interview process can increase potential employee ratings, thus leading to hiring the best candidate. According to this same post, having even some type of structure is better than none, and multiple structure types is more effective than only one type.
