Loving Your Employees

How much do you love your employees? Do you love them enough to give them some additional incentives to stay with your company, to reduce employee turnover, to retain top talent in your industry? I sure hope so! Below are some ideas of events you can offer to send your employees to in order to accomplish the goal of retaining top talent in your industry:



Send your employees (not all at once, obviously) to:

  • Seminars
  • Tradeshows
  • Conventions

Allow your employees to participate in:

  • Social networking for your business
  • Webinars

Provide your employees with:

  • A laptop that has access to your company’s network
  • Company cell phones (and accessories)
  • Business cards

All of this, of course, should be at no cost to the employee. Allowing your employees to expand their knowledge base, increase their networking opportunities, and having the ability to do so with communication tools and business cards. By doing this you are showing your employees that you truly value them, their loyalty to your company, and their dedication to the industry and their work. Allowing an employee to grow within your company will reduce employee turnover drastically.
